Richard Shackleford always loved woodworking. He was a man of many talents, interests, and inventions, but he always followed his true north- serving his community offering custom built cabinets at affordable prices.
Richard married the love of his life, Teri, and together they went on to welcome four beautiful children- Kim, Shawn, T.J., and Erika. Brothers Shawn and T.J. learned the family trade from an early age and both went on to become employed by their father, forming Shackleford Cabinets. Together, the father-son trio have been serving the High Desert community since 1991, custom designing, building, and installing cabinets in thousands of local homes.
Richard passed in February 2025, but Shawn and T.J. vowed to carry on their father’s legacy. Their goal is simple: delivering the same quality and craftsmanship the community has come to know and trust. Shackleford Cabinets is more than just a local small business it’s family. Cabinets are in our blood.
